A few months ago, circles close to the internationally recognized government reported that President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi was angry for being away from the country he had to govern from abroad, a fact like this remains of interest. But - and what a disappointment - even this only anger moment was meaningless based on the national standards of the public leaders and the reasons for their anger.

According to the story, which we would not believe, if it had it been told about another leader, President Hadi refrained from exercising any of his duties as a president, including meetings with personalities. He retreated to his place of residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, and demanded a meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince; Yes, a quick and urgent meeting. All because those in charge of serving the president in the palace where he has been staying for years in Riyadh, refused to deliver the shipment of fresh Harari khat, which he used to receive at his place daily on a plane that transports it from Ethiopia.

Whatever the interventions of the popular imagination in the body of the story, and whatever the excess or deficiency in it, we had to cite it, because - despite our noses - it summarizes identical practices in the course of the president and his management of Yemeni affairs since the first day of his assumption of office in February 25, 2012.

What does the internationally recognized president envision from this ambiguous presence in our Yemeni lives? And what does he aspire to achieve, more than what we achieved during his auspicious era? Has humanity experienced, along its path, in shaping the consciousness of individuals and in the art of making leaders from among the elites, a situation like this that has plagued us for nearly ten years? No complex algorithm that produced us such leader! If only we could find the answer and save ourselves the trouble and psychological cost of this lamentation.

In the past few years, political gossip has recorded rare times of the leader's wrath, in which Hadi has triumphed for his position. However, it also has nothing to do about the administration of government, but as a kind of narrow personal interests!

For years, we have tried to fathom this lump whose jagged edges our ship hit, so that as we throw our bodies into this choppy sea, pleading for escape, but we see him far away, in his comfortable chair, leg on leg, smiling with a fluid, flabby face, at the gift of deconstruction that the pitfalls of politics have given him. Just as mystery prevailed at every attempt to approach the leader and explore his bewildering policy ten years ago. Today we live as chance survivors on a hidden island out of the world recognition. We have always been waiting for his fateful decisions with our mouths open, stunned and paralyzed by the ability to grasp what conflicts, foreign states interventions, tribal wars, and the race of intrigues to gain power might produce, and today we wonder whether there is someone who still believes that the secret of surviving what we are in lies within his fingers?!

Then we wonder, as we try to dig into the answers, where the symbolism of the internationally recognized President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi intensifies; Is it in the anger of the Saleh regime because of our rebellion against it, and that this is the punishment that it envisaged for us, or in the national abyss in which the masses occupied the streets and set up their tents on its sidewalks? There is no doubt that it is a mixture of this and that; Between Saleh's grudge-filled regime in this gross absurdity, and the naivety of the revolutionaries and their boundless thirst for chaos.

With all of this, the transitional phase colluded to hand over the reins of the country to this leader. The intent to seize power was premeditated by everyone, and so they said, but the biggest stalker, Al-Houthi, had carried his rifle and pointed it to everyone, taking from the thumb on which the presidential seat as an irreplaceable opportunity to unleash the muscle of strength and extreme determination.

Like Hadi, absurdity and mismanagement were brought to the fortified seat of power; a military man whose claws have been removed by the world, a civilian but with military ranks, a mute but with enormous deconstructive abilities, and a free tongue when the subject of the conversation about his failures and his extraordinary ability to escape when his patriotic duty requires him to confront and say something to the people; But how can this strange combination of antonyms get angry?

In the past few years, political gossip has recorded rare times of the leader's wrath, in which Hadi has triumphed for his position. But it also does not say anything about the private administration of government, except as a kind of narrow personal interests.

The leader gets angry because; a host criticized him decades ago on a local radio, or a journalist criticized him in a newspaper, a bodyguard removed him while he was at a carnival or some exiled leaders who once competed with him for running the party. Whatever we say, to be precise or close, no one questions Hadi's factional mentality, and his belief in power as a form of personal grudge and pitting opponents against each other, with a lot of yawning, and a complete lack of intelligence and wisdom.

No single day passed without trying to build an understanding of Hadi's positions and behaviors by Yemeni people! They said that he is cunning, and perhaps deceitful, deprived of authority, and may be well-mannered, and doubtful in his ability to manage. They have also tried to strip him of responsibility and spare justifications for him, as we may be victims of a leader's weakness, old age, or inexperience. All has been said, all petition made, but in the end, one conclusion remains clear and indisputable: this man is irresponsible, deconstructive beyond all imagination. With his helplessness, silence, irresponsibility, and lack of intelligence, he also demonstrated vigilance rarely found among the most powerful and dominant dictatorships. But even his vigilance is no less catastrophic and destructive.

Thus, the leader sleeps in his exile in one of the palaces of Riyadh, cut off from everything, except for power which has become an inexhaustible financial resource. While hundreds of thousands of his government employees are dying, and their livelihoods are cut off, President Hadi is running Yemen through a complex financial network a complex financial network, under the legitimacy of international recognition cover used to monopolize contracts for importing and perhaps exporting oil, and other things, to and from the country, to pour money into accounts and tax havens whose benefit is limited to a group that was formed by the leader in the absence of his people who thought he was just asleep!

During the years of the war, this bloc of interests that the president made, was able to build a steel fence around the imaginary chair of the presidency, to be protected in this frivolous and shameful way, to see our leader absolved of responsibility for the destruction and fragmentation of the country; Our leader, who does nothing, except that he has entrusted his command to a righteous entourage of no less innocence and meekness than him, and who wakes him up at every opportunity to transfer power to new actors, so the exercise of power continues to be confined to this submissive robbery path, even at the expense of his country with all its generations and resources.
